Madeleine Jarvis, a Salisbury based artist who works predominantly with paint. Her paintings of interiors investigate themes of personal narrative and memory. Drawing inspiration from old family photographs, she is interested in the way we choose to document our lives and how that clashes with our perspective of our past. She is particularly interested in spaces, and the stories they tell of those that inhabit them.
